I have finally been back on the healthy eating wagon.
One thing that helps so much is having a smoothie a day. It incorporates fruits, veggies, and keeps me full during the day.
Im not someone who loves sweets, so I add thibgs to help camouflage the fruity taste.
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon organic peanut butter
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 teaspoon flaxseeds
Blend for 1 minute and enjoy 😉
